How to use a make-up credit

After cancelling your lesson, you will receive a make-up credit (see policy). Please use the Student Portal as directed below to schedule make-up lessons. After you schedule a make-up lesson we may contact you about shifting your scheduled lesson time in order to optimize the teacher's schedule.

Cancellation Policy: Please cancel lessons at least 72 hours in advance in order to receive a make-up lesson credit. Students may receive up to 2 make-up credits per semester. Lesson credits must be used within 60 days of receiving the credit.
